PHD Home Services is highly recommended for HVAC and plumbing needs. Joe is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He did an excellent job installing a new water heater, leaving customers without hot water only one day. Joe also did an awesome job installing 4 mini split units at a great price, using Samsung mini splits that cool above and beyond expectations. He is prompt, explains everything in detail, and gives a detailed estimate on the spot. Joe works quickly and efficiently, is clean, and even helped with an unrelated plumbing issue and a broken step. He is upfront about what might and might not be needed. Customers will definitely call him for any future HVAC or home problems and would recommend him to family.
Water heater needed to be replaced. Joe came in and did an excellent job installing a new one. We were without hot water only one day!. From quote to completion, Joe was professional and friendly.
I highly recommend PHD. Joe was knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to fix my girlfriend’s ac unit problem quickly and also showed me ways to help diagnose it myself next time. Would be using him again in the future for any home problems.
I called 3 companies, one person said the job was too big and my timeline not realistic (over 1 month to install mini splits). One company never responded to multiple calls. Joe met with me within 2 days of speaking, gave price on the spot. work started following week. He finished on time, was clean and explained everything in detail over the phone and in messages. I like the samsung mini splits he used, easily connected to wifi in 10 minutes. They cool above and beyond what I expected. I will be using him in the future for all my other plumbing and HVAC needs.
