He did an excellent job installing a new water heater, leaving customers without hot water only one day. Joe also did an awesome job installing 4 mini split units at a great price, using Samsung mini splits that cool above and beyond expectations. He is prompt, explains everything in detail, and gives a detailed estimate on the spot. Joe works quickly and efficiently, is clean, and even helped with an unrelated plumbing issue and a broken step. He is upfront about what might and might not be needed.
