Love this fuel company! Their customer service (Helen specifically) is unmatched. She was able to get them out to deliver during a very busy cold snap! We are forever grateful for this companies impeccable customer service and speedy delivery!
Want to thank Reinhardt heating for keeping my son and I warm all during cold season and for excellent service! Would especially like to thank them for having a wonderful employee like Helen! I’m a senior citizen and she’s been such a huge help making sure I have enough fuel, and last year when my furnace needed to be repaired she made sure someone was here asap to fix it. Also when we bought a new stove she sent someone out to make sure my stove was hooked up for Thanksgiving! Sadly, I lost my youngest son right after we moved up here from Jersey in October 2023.
