When your Tmobile Ossining Location lacks the knowledge in systems.Lacks having the Required Patience in Customer Service..Lacks the employee Staffing..But Yet there's one Employee that excels in all those categories. That Employee that literally carried the entire staff in Customer Service and Amazing Knowledge in Systems is ROXY! I don't personally know her. However I am a 17 year old member of Tmobile that Originated from Sprint. I disapproved of the merge and despise even despise entering in any Tmobile location. I want the store for my bill issue. Roxy was great explaining everything to me . I brought two apples watch from them. Great customer definitely go see here. The store was clean and staff very helpful
I came into the T-mobile store in Ossining NY and was greeted by Roxy who was very pleasant and accommodating.
I was switching carriers from OPTIMUM to T-mobile. Roxy was very patient throughout the process, which took all of 3 hours (optimum) was very difficult to deal with. ROXY is a rock star and T-mobile should feel very confident in her abilities with your company.
