This company is very respectable and honest. I have found that many companies in the area are inconsistent, show up late, don't show up, etc. Also, most companies skip out on important key details. Not the case with Silva, they were very consistent. Juan Carlos runs a tight operation.
Juan Carlos is very meticulous with details and remained in contact with us daily to insure that we were happy with the work. He was always on time and he showed up every day until the work was complete. He also honored an estimate from last year, despite the rise in the costs of doing business.
