“I have been going here since I was 16 years old, and this is truly the only place I trust for alterations. Sue is AMAZING. She has altered my junior ball dress, prom dress, and now my wedding dress. At this point, it feels like Sue has grown up with me through all of life's biggest milestones!

My wedding was on May 30th, and I came in at the beginning of April for alterations. We had an initial fitting, a follow-up try-on, and a final appointment the week before the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. Sue is always spot-on with her recommendations and has an incredible eye for what will look and fit best.

While I definitely don't recommend waiting as long as I did to get your wedding dress altered, I knew there was no one else I wanted to trust with it. Even when other places were booking nearly a year out (which still blows my mind), I knew I could rely on Sue, and she delivered exactly as I knew she would. My dress fit absolutely perfectly.

What's funny is that for all of my smaller alterations—jeans, shirts, everyday items—I go to her husband at the Hamburg location next to The Palace since it's closer to me. Between the two of them, I honestly never go anywhere else. Their work is consistently excellent, they're incredibly talented, and they're such wonderful people. I can't say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone looking for alterations they can truly trust.“

“Had a great experience at Chaybans! I purchased my dress 3 months prior to my wedding and I needed the sides to be taken out, the bow clip on the back fixed, bustled and the bottom hemmed. They were fast and did a great job! Don’t forget to bring your shoes and shapewear!“
