“This review is like 5 years late but when someone was talking about a bad experience they had with a tailor, it brought me back to how lucky I was to have a good experience. I had my wedding dress altered there and Sue did an amazing job. When she was done, my dress fit perfect and I felt so good in it! I also want to talk about someone else's alterations. While I was there, she had to re-work someone else's wedding dress. This person had a baby like a few weeks earlier. She bought the dress awhile ago, found out she was pregnant right after, but planned to just get down to her pre-baby weight and wear the dress. Well, circumstances arose where she had to get married right after the baby was born. I watched as Sue consulted with her and made so many changes to this dress to make it beautiful for the bride's wedding day. I was in awe of her work. It is very daunting choosing a seamstress for your wedding dress but with the work Sue did on my dress as well as everything she did to this other customer's dress, I trust her (and I do NOT trust easily on these kinds of things).“
“This review is long overdue and I feel especially bad because I promised to give them a great review. In September of 2022 I started receiving components of my Air Force Mess Dress uniform. My daughter had requested that I wear my mess dress for her wedding in October of 2023. Naturally I was worried about my poor timing and Chayban's turn-around time. Well, I had nothing to worry about and he did an outstanding job! I will not hesitate to take my clothing items to Chayban in the future.“
“Do not believe what they say on their website about next day service. i arrived today at 1100am and was told them could not clean and press one suit and one shirt. i was given a last second speaking engagement on saturday and said i didnt need it until 2p and was told that their production team leave at noon. I told her is there anything you can do and she was extremely dismissive. she maybe if i got there earlier...not helpful at all disappointing.... as i use to always use them. call prior to going to avoid wasting your time“
