I was there today with my cat Walter. I just wanted to say thank you so much to all of the staff and my doctor for your kindness and compassion and for working with us and gave us some time to say goodbye to our soul cat. I’ll never forget today. i strongly recommend this place to everyone.
Thank you so much for accommodating us today.
I called ahead for my cat, Bertha, who had been vomiting for a few days and I was told it’d be a 4 hour wait when I got there. No one else would take her so we went, I ended up seeing the vet in about a hour. I know there were more emergent cases there so I truly appreciate how fast the vet came in. She got a x-ray and it ended up being nothing serious so she got anti-nausea medicine and is doing better. I spent about 3 hours there, all the staff were very nice as well!
The entire team during my visit was absolutely fantastic. Every person, even the security guard was so kind. There was no wait and they did everything they could to make my very nervous dog as comfortable as possible. Dr Bork was very accommodating to our financial restrictions offering options that worked for us. We have had bad experiences with other emergency vets in the area so it was so great to get such phenomenal service. The services were very reasonably priced as well. I could not have asked for a better team to care for my injured and scared boy
