The entire team during my visit was absolutely fantastic. Every person, even the security guard was so kind. There was no wait and they did everything they could to make my very nervous dog as comfortable as possible. Dr Bork was very accommodating to our financial restrictions offering options that worked for us. We have had bad experiences with other emergency vets in the area so it was so great to get such phenomenal service. The services were very reasonably priced as well. I could not have asked for a better team to care for my injured and scared boy
Veterinary emergency care can be emotional and expensive. Our malamute needed some emergency postoperative care. The staff was helpful, professional, and caring. I hope we don't need an emergency vet in the future, but if we do we are very likely to choose Ochard Park again.
We’ve recently had an incident with our 1.5yr old dog having an eye laceration and we saw the staff at OP vet emergency late at night. We called ahead to give them information as there was time to give them a briefing of the situation. The front desk was very helpful, kind and made the experience stress free. We’ve been here once before having the same excellent experience. This visit we saw Dr. Multala for our dog Ghost and she was very caring and patient with her along with her technicians.
