Customers who have been going to the hospital for years highly recommend it for its great care, compassion, and friendly, caring staff.
Upon bringing out cat Waters here the staff was very friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of. The hard decision of putting him down was tough but with the kindness and compassion of the staff it made our decision to be the right one. Thank you all for giving our Waters the love and tender touch.
I have been taking my pups to this vet for many many years and my family loves it here. The compassion, kindness and care that they give is extraordinary and not seen every where. When we lost our pup otis this week they cried with us, they hugged us, they really cared for him in the short time they all spent with him. It made us feel better knowing he was in their care and loved 💗 Very honest about situations going on, and nonjudgmental. really really recommend bringing your sweet pets here.
Abbott Rd Animal Hospital is always SO welcoming for me and my sweet dog. They know my pup by name and the staff always take the time to come out from the back to come and say hi, even though they could just simply check us in and send us to the doc. The staff makes this place so special- they are incredibly kind, and knowledgeable about animals. They understand financial limitations, and give you multiple options for the care of your pet when possible (as opposed to pressuring owners into an expensive treatment with no alternatives). I really appreciate that they have clients call when arriving, and inviting us into the lobby once it’s clear, to minimize the stress… read full review
