bring it to life, and the installation was seamless, without any disturbance. 5/5 would recommend and will definitely return when it’s time to do the back yard!

Inspire Pilates is amazing and welcoming to all body types! Class participants are a diverse range of age, body-type, and skill. Kim is a cheerful and and encouraging guide for each of us and is especially helpful about suggesting adjustments to suit abilities and injury needs. Kim enthusiastically shares her knowledge of anatomy and the tradition and evolution of Pilates over time. I've experienced dramatic balance and strength changes and have observed it in others in the class. The studio is spotless. Each session is unique and tailored to the skill and needs of thos present. Classes are fun and go quickly.

Sandy is *the best*!!! She cut my hair for many many years and I was so sad when I moved out of the area, that I'd drive down (1.5 hrs each way!) for almost 4 years when I got shaggy. Loved my massage. I was having a lot of neck and shoulder pain and Laura made sure to take the knots out. She gave a nice balance of deep tissue and shiatsu to give enough pressure to open the muscles. Clean and comfortable rooms. One of the best massages I have had. Will go back again.
