I highly recommend JMS Mechanical/ City Rooter. Everything that could go wrong with my plumbing did; my kitchen sink and bathroom tub were backing up and my toilet wouldn’t flush. I called them this morning when they opened and they had two very nice gentlemen at my door with in an hour. After everything was fixed, they cleaned up and left minimal cleaning for me to do. They explained what they were doing and what needed to be done in great detail, I am very impressed and satisfied with their work and this company. The employees of JMS are courteous, professional, and friendly. They called when they were running behind, but when they got here went to work and got our problem solved quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price. I highly recommend them

JMS sent two of their guys to my house to find out why my water had stopped working. I thought it was my well pump, but they tested the pump and the connection and ended up tracing the issue back to the breaker box on my main pole. They still replaced the wiring to the well pump since what I already had was older and had been previously spliced. EJ was very knowledgeable and both of the gentlemen were very kind. I’m so glad I called JMS and I now have running water once again! Believe it or not they solved more than just my water issue, the loose connection in the breaker box was causing some of my appliances to act odd as well. JMS and EJ really saves me today.
