I just had 3 brain surgery’s and Went here to get my eyes dilated. The staff was kind expect for one lady with purple hair. Which I was shocked because I’m relatively alteranative looking and wouldn’t expect to be judged by someone who also colors their hair. Anyways.. Waited an hour just to get seen for my 10:15 appointment. Finally get checked in to a room and an older lady (with the purple hair) comes in to do the eye exam. She kinda stared at me a while before asking what my tattoo was and if it had meaning. I told her no I just thought it was cool and she didnt really say anything. When I went there they immediately showed me a picture saying it was my eyes and I had to have these Tixel treatments that I had extreme dry eye disease or damage so they put what he said was 700 degrees of heat on my eye lids in my eyes and charged me $1,450 I paid 100.00 I live on my social security, with in the next few days my eye lids were burned red as could be and I had problems seeing they had already been sending me notifications on how much money I owed them not asking how I was doing. I contacted my eye doctor in Utah which I had visited just before I moved here to Ogdensburg and I have my eye test in my hand he said that there’s no way my eyes are like...read full review
They just cancelled my appointment a THIRD time. First time the doctor canceled the day of. They only left a voicemail which I didn’t see (email would be nice). I learned about it when I walked in the door to be greeted with “Dr Sanni isn’t here.”
Second time, the doctor wasn’t available because he apparently stopped coming to Ogdensburg office. I was disappointed because I liked Dr Sanni the one time I managed to see him.
So I switched to another doctor of theirs and whaddya know: another cancellation *the day of.*
I’m considering going elsewhere.
