The customer service from the phone to the service was extremely good.They didn’t push for additional services and their pedicures are what some places advertise as additional services.I tried to explain the shape I wanted and the manicurist was unsure and was honest about it, which I appreciated. After a little more discussion we were on the same page.She confirmed the color was to my liking and made the overall first time experience very relaxing.I would definitely come back here and try their other services in the near future.Thank you for making it a relaxing experience

Just went here today for some acrylic nails and a pedicure. Service was amazing and pedicure came out really nice! But when it came to the acrylics, I was given dip powder instead and nails came out wide at the bottom and not evenly filed. I am not a huge fan of the way they came out.Update: I was offered a free new set from them and they turned out amazing! I love wearing them out and showing them off! Staff was very kind about the old set and even offered me to get french tips! Thank you so much!

This is the only place I can go to and take my 3year old daughter. The staff is so polite and even waiting they treat you so well. The best spot in the queens. Really they are truly my weekly routine with my husband and kid. Thank you to the whole staff they are all great.
