I did not have an appointment but took a chance and stopped in for a potential opening. I had to wait approx. 15 min. for my turn. There appeared to be only two people working. The man who did my acrylic fill with gel polish was not personable at all. He did not smile and commentary seemed rude and snide with me. He made no attempt at conversation as well. I feel that the price of $35 including a cut down was very good compared to other places I’ve been too - but the majority of the color choices were not appealing to me. I am however; very happy with the color I had chosen!
I've gone to NT Nails a few times as I kept wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. I've finally decided to stop.
The shop is very messy and dirty. It's hard not to notice the layer of dust everywhere as your nails are being worked on.
My last 2 visits, the gel manicure lasted about 3 days. Meh....
Also, the owner listens to his political news/podcasts out loud on his phone and usually has discussions with another worker about their opinions on things. And while I can agree to disagree, it's hard when they directly attack populations of people that I and many of my friends and family are a part of. I made an appointment with Jenny online. I got there and a man took me instead. I wanted to say something but I didn't. That was my fault. He did my pedicure spa half fast and did not take his time. He never filed the toe nail after cutting the nails. When he was done he walked away and went in the back room ad never came out. I literally had a face on the whole time during the service I was getting and I still didn't say anything. I sat there and the nail polish was still wet, I finally asked a lady to put on the gel polish to dry faster. She came over and I pointed at the half painted nail in which she fixed.
