Plus she actually answers your questions! I recently had my annual exam where she covers the whole body with her medical assistant filing the results in the computer in real time, so Dr. Lenahan’s focus on the patient is adhered to. I am having an issue with hair loss. So I requested a future appointment to discuss my options. Dr. Lenahan does not at this time perform surgeries but she will refer you to another doctor who can assist. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Lenahan to anyone who needs expertise care!“

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! (Kenmore location) I walked in with my 12 year old son and Ryanne politely told me they couldn’t accept any walk-ins at that time. She let me know new appointments are available starting December and took the time to tell me all the details of the other office locations and even wrote down that information for me as well. As we left the office, Aleesha, from the Niagara Dermatology was able to catch up to us before we left the parking lot. She told us that they were able to take us! She explained the moment we left, they got a cancellation notice. She told us that she noticed us at the receptionists window and overheard Ryanne explaining to us that walk-ins aren’t accepted at the moment, etc. However, as soon as Ryanne told her they just got a cancellation call. Aleesha did what most people wouldn’t ever do, and she went above and beyond to help make sure a person that came in for help, could be helped! What an Angel she is! She went out of her way and we are so grateful and thankful for her! I have to tell every person that is reading this review that every person here is so kind and they all treat each other, their patients and everyone who walks in there like family! Dr. William is so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and does perfect work!
