I am a new patient at Niagara Dermatology and saw William Goode, PA. He is thorough and knowledgeable. My husband has been a patient for some time and also sees William. I recently went because I had a new skin condition which was irritated. He indicated that he thought it was seasonal and prescribed a lotion which, after using for only one day, started to show improvement. It has been about a week now and this condition has been almost completely reversed. He even prescribed an additional medication in case this one did not work. I've been to 3 dermatologists and this is the only one that saved my life. 1st found nothing, 2nd thought she got something but missed (turned out to be basal cell) but missed important spot - Melanoma. They found both within a week of each other and quickly scheduled surgery. I had a few complications (because of my medicine) and they took me in within a 1/2 hour of calling them. Their (the medical staff) number one priority was me. That's how I felt. If you don't feel that way, or feel the front desk is messing things up tell the doctor. They can't fix it if we stay silent.

I think people are mixing up this location with the Lewiston one. My mother went to that one & had a horrible experience. The doctor she had brushed her off & rushed her out. However I had a completely different experience at this one. The doctor I had was very kind & listened/looked at everything & explained very well. I will be returning for yearly exams.
