“If I could choose 10 stars I would, my care there has been so awesome!I’m an avid 60 year old, female tennis player, but wasn’t able to play due to excruciating hand pain. I first went to the 2 leading orthopedic specialists in the area who were not able/willing to do anything for me. I was beginning to think I’d have to give up my sport! But I was referred to OPC by a friend. After carefully listening to my story and carefully examining me, he diagnosed and treated me. I was reintroduced to tennis while still in his care, which included treatments in his office along with stretches and muscle building to do at home. The results have been spectacular! The doctors there pride themselves on keeping up with diagnosing problems and rehabilitating their patients. They were obviously knowledgeable, and really quite caring. The doctors make themselves easily available, encouraging me to text in with progress reports and any questions. Which were always promptly answered. I cannot say enough good things about this practice! I’m so very grateful to have found them!“

“I have been seeing Dr. Tammy the last couple years . All I can say is GOD brought me to this beautiful young lady. I have been suffering from chronic neck & shoulder pain for the past 10 years. I decided to have surgery 10 years ago to remove 2 bone Spurs which was causing my chronic pain so I really felt I had to have the surgery in order to maintain quality of life. I was also told by my neurosurgeon that this would help me!! I can return back to work after 30 days ..,return to the gym ..go back the all my normal activities.. WRONG!!! Something went wrong with my surgery even though no one would tell you that!! I i’ve tried everything from A-Z!! I have tried chiropractic care with other Doctors which I really liked but it just seems like nobody could get to the root of the problem.. NOT until Dr. Tammy Bialek!!! I have definitely noticed a difference in the pain level & severity. She takes an entire “snapshot” of everything that you have done up until seeing her. Fromnutrition , to exercise & well-being. To positive mental thinking! she looks at the ENTIRE PICTURE!!!I realize that my neck injury was going to take time but I am confident that Dr. Tammy will definitely get me there!! I am SO grateful for ALL of her input!! She keeps me focused on what to do & what I shouldn’t be doing..I truly believe in my heart that she was the answer to my prayers!!! “I saw Dr. Jessica during both of my pregnancies. With my first son I had terrible nerve pain in my left leg. After my first few appointments with her, I saw major improvement. And within a month the pain was completely gone. She helped completely transform my first pregnancy, and I'm eternally grateful to her for that gift. I always looked forward to my time with her, not only because I'd feel better physically after being with her, but because I always felt better mentally too. In addition to her expertise in prenatal chiropractic care, she also practiced as a birth doula for 20+ years. So she comes to the table with a breadth of knowledge on prenatal care, birth, and wellness. I always loved picking her brain during our time together. For all of these reasons, and more, I sought her care during my pregnancy with my second son as well. I learned after 34 weeks that my son was in a breech position. I was fairly adamant about avoiding a C-section and I knew Dr. Jessica could help. After a few weeks of consistent appointments with her, baby boy was in the optimal head down position. I was so excited and relieved, and I knew that Dr. Jessica truly shared in this joy. I continued to see her through the remainder of my pregnancy, and I'm confident that our time together helped prepare my body for the birth that I intended to have.
