Driving behind his truck near Niagara Falls. Out the drivers window comes flying a giant plastic soda cup. Just threw it out the window! Pretty gutsy to do that while driving the truck with business name plastered all over it. Anyway. Does that say anything about the character of the business?

I hired Bisonview without doing my research and it is a mistake that cost me thousands of dollars. I hired them to paint our home exterior. The owner had overbooked so our project was started well behind schedule, which happens sometimes. When the temps dropped and the snow started to fall I repeatedly expressed my concerns about the paint curing and adhering correctly. The owner kept dismissing my concerns assuring me he was a professional. When the paint started to peel and chip before they were even halfway finished we showed him all the areas that needed to be redone. The formerly affable and friendly owner became enraged and belligerent. He walked off the unfinished job and then harassed me for payment even though we had already paid him $7,800 for the work he did actually complete. The level of unprovoked harassment quickly escalated to the point that I had to contact the police. There are so many other awful details I could share but just do your homework before hiring this company. I wish I had. I now have to pay thousands more for someone to finish the job and fix the awful work Bisonview did.

I would not recommend Bison View Paiting. Our contract read 2-3 painters on site but only one painter showed up for a couple of hours each day. A 7-10 day job took over a month. The trim was painted, then the siding sprayed over the trim then the trim had to be repainted. Incomplete work, plastic left on a window, the tape was left on so long it had to be removed with a heat gun and goo gone. Sloppy cleanup.
