“I've been going to Metro since they were on Gibbs St. I originally went because I have curly hair and had been all over town looking for someone who knew about curly hair. Not so easy. Stefania (Metro owner) was the only stylist I could find that was able to help. That was many years ago. The new place on University is beautifully appointed and the service is always wonderful. Stefania and her crew bend over backwards to please. After the winter lockdown of 2020 my roots grew in so much I decided to 'just embrace the gray'. My hair is not a pretty shade of gray however. Stefania now adds just the right amount of color to make it attractive. I'm very happy with it. Before Metro I had been all over town looking for someone who could 'do it right'. Once I found Metro, I never had to go anywhere else. I highly recommend giving them a try.“

“This was my first time going to this place and was leery due to all the poor reviews, but decided to roll the dice. Rinky (the nice one others recommended) no longer works here - I asked for her based upon others’ reviews.I saw Sibel instead who was very nice and welcoming, and she was the only one working. Fortunately I dodged the rude employee others warned others about.Threading didn’t take long and she did a good job trying to reshape my imperfect brows. I’d go back to her again! I do feel she was precise and knowledgeable.“
