Only went for my I phone fix up but it's not like the commercial they actually don't pay you alot for you're I phone defenetly if it's old but is ok I jus dint like how it dint match their commercial if you have I phones or pad that are pretty old don't even think you're getting good money for it...

I purchased one of their products and later realised I had the same one and wanted to return it. They did not tell me their products have a no return policy at the time of purchase when I got it. I did not open or use the product. Then I went to return it and they stated due to covid they do not do returns. I find this surprising as if they really cared about the pandemic they should have a mask policy in place and other protocols. In summary, I would not make purchases here as their products are overpriced and they have a no return policy that is not told to you until you try to make a return.

I've been going to Metro since they were on Gibbs St. I originally went because I have curly hair and had been all over town looking for someone who knew about curly hair. Not so easy. Stefania (Metro owner) was the only stylist I could find that was able to help. That was many years ago. The new place on University is beautifully appointed and the service is always wonderful. Stefania and her crew bend over backwards to please. After the winter lockdown of 2020 my roots grew in so much I decided to 'just embrace the gray'. My hair is not a pretty shade of gray however. Stefania now adds just the right amount of color to make it attractive. I'm very happy with it. Before Metro I had been all over town looking for someone who could 'do it right'. Once I found Metro, I never had to go anywhere else. I highly recommend giving them a try.
