From the very moment he looked at the job he continually followed up to assure us that County Roofing was ready to take on the work when we were ready to move forward. Once a decision was made on our end, the job was scheduled about a week out and it was completed in two days. With the second day relegated to thorough cleanup and finishing touches, the work was done timely, tidy, efficiently and with great care. “This was a great customer experience from start to finish. I called the office and spoke to a friendly knowledgeable agent who arranged to havemy roof looked at. The next day, Israel came to my house, laddered it and checked the roof. He saw the issue and told me the office would follow up with an estimate. The proposed work was clearly laid out as was the price. I approved the estimate and Israel returned with another mechanic to complete the work the following week. After completion he forwarded pics of the repair work to my phone.
