I was not even a patient yet and she went above and beyond her call of duty to assist me with my eligibility, insofar as to work from home! Carol treated me like family, and I had not yet walked in their doors! Carol's zealousness is exceptional and truly appreciated. Dr. Derco himself is pleasant, friendly, and enjoys his work by going into detail as to the reasons for certain circumstances without hesitation; he listens very well. The best recommendation is a referral, and ill be doing just that!“

“We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up—?? I tool it!
Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified
We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!!
I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also
This practice is a great option for a professional / clean / efficient experience.
