Idk what people expect saying this place is expensive. Fairly priced for mens shirts on both launder and dry cleaning. (Assuming someone saying they are expensive also says they remember when a pack of gum was $.25) Was charged something like $50 for my wife’s wedding dress to be dry cleaned when she was quoted $220 & $250 at other shops. Have used empire about 6 or 7 times now and always on time, and comes out looking like new!

Very friendly and accommodating small business. The owner knows and recognizes you after one or two visits, and treats you like a VIP. The hours and prices may not be the very best/lowest, but I will not go anywhere else because of the customer service experience.
