I actually like the Merrick location better, even though Mineola is more convenient for me. However, several times at Mineola, dry clean items have not been ready on the date promised on the ticket. Both times it was extremely inconvenient, because I had an event the next day and they were given more than four days to do the dry cleaning. In both situations, I had to demand a refund instead of their just stepping up to give me one automatically. The customer service at Merrick is five star— with the exception of the tailor, who gets NO stars. The service at Mineola is okay, but the tailor is awesome. He’s only there on Mondays.
