“My appointment at Visionworks went very well. I was checked in quickly and seen promptly by the doctor, who took time to explain each part of the examination and answer my questions. I never felt rushed throughout the appointment, and truly appreciated the thorough care I received. After my exam, I had plenty of time to choose a new pair of frames without feeling pressured. The technician who assisted me was friendly, patient and very helpful, making the entire experience enjoyable. Overall, I received excellent customer service from start to finish and would highly recommend Visionworks.“

She was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely nice. Not only did she fix the lens but she also replaced my missing nose pad. Now I totally love Target Optical.“

“I got my first pair of glasses from here a few years ago and when I needed to get an eye exam decided to see if they provided this I was able to change my appointment several times due to scheduling and they work with me with no issues was able to pick two beautiful pairs of glasses and I should get them within a few days from my exam. I already got the tracking email. Normally what I'm getting for two glasses, eye exam and contact lens exam I would maybe get one pair of glasses from my local eye provider“

“dr was friendly, patient and explained stuff very well. the ladies that assisted me were knowledgeable, i picked a great pair of glasses. in and out under 30 mins. lenses get pricey, but you only have 2 eyes!“

“These 5 stars is for Romina Ferrer! If it wasn’t for Romina 3.5. Why? Because Romina single handily handled a bombardment of questions from colleagues not customers, colleagues! On top of managing customers including myself. I was patient in return because she was calm. Romina even had to answer questions for the new manager? Why isn’t Romina the manager? Very confusing and poor use of employees as resources. After I finally got to sit with her, she stepped away for maybe 2 minutes to grab my receipt off the printer and simultaneously handled a question from the front desk and still knew where she left off with me and still provided sufficient services given the influx of multidirectional questions. And this was my first impression of her. Which then uplifted the 1st impression of the optometrist all around. Thank you Romina!!“
