An extremely thorough exam and Dr Vaccaro actually spent the time to talk through the recommendations without pressuring or assuming anything. “I have been a patient with Dr Hargraves since she started in this office . I am always delighted to be greeted by her front desk staff that treat me like family. I never have had to wait and all her staff seem to enjoy their work with gentle hands and personal approach to individuals needs. I never have to ask for explanations and I always learn ways I can improve my oral hygiene. Dr Hargraves explains any concerns she has about work I need but always has options and I never feel preasured. The skill of every hygienist has been so high I really don't have a preference, they are all great. The atmosphere is so pleasant I forget I am in a clinical setting. There are alot of perks as well my grandaughter won a backpack last year. The office is always clean and decorated beautifully especially for the holidays. I was someone who was petrified of going to the dentist till I experienced this dental practice. My entire community love this practice and if you have an emergency they will make sure you are taken care of. When I get my teeth cleaned, they usually feel really clean, but not this time. When the dentist came on to do the exam, she had to remove some calculus that the hygienist hadn't gotten. “The facilities are large, clean, and beautiful. Every time I come in for an appointment, I'm blown away by the shortness of my wait (I have never waited longer than 5 minutes, and the time I did wait 5 minutes was only once so very out of the ordinary!) and the affability of ALL the staff. Every person I come in contact with is so kind and seems truly joyful. This last appointment, I remember thinking how they all seem so happy to be there at work. FYA: Someone left a horrible review about 4 weeks ago that could probably be considered defamation. I reported it. Even if it was somewhat true, they should have gone directly to the ER. I wouldn't be surprised if Dr. Arvin's team advised the same.“
