Although there was some confusion between a previous need for antibiotics before a cleaning and updated protocols, the office took the initiative and care to straighten it out without my intervention. They were concerned about my safety and took more care in explaining the reason behind the antibiotics then the office that prescribed them.The cleaning itself went flawlessly with a courteous staff and delightful receptionist.
Dr. Fox was extremely tactful, courteous and professional during this visit. The staff has always been very friendly and professional as well. Although I have to drive down from Malta it is worth it and I will continue to happily do so!
I have had nothing but good experiences at this office. The staff is friendly and courteous. The time in the chair is painless. Any procedures are explained completely. I have total confidence with this office. The pricing seems a bit more competitive than my prior practice. It's worth the hour drive.
