My daughter had a great experience with both the dentist (Dr. Alexis) and the dental technician (Michael). They are both equally helpful, gentle and attentive. They made my daughter feel comfortable and well cared. Michael is so good with kids/teenagers, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure they felt comfortable and relaxed. They make dental visits a much more positive experience. Highly recommend!
Dr. Alexis Daniels along with her assistant Michael at the Albany, NY location was so awesome with my 14 yr old daughter on filling her teeth 08/11/26. It’s the motivation and the encouragement that kept my daughter so calm due to her anxiety as they were doing the procedure. Just want to say thank you so much. My daughter is very happy and pleased. I solely would recommend seeing them again. GREAT JOB GUYS!!
