I got my eyebrows done today and was pretty disappointed with the service. The whole session took less than two minutes, and when I got home, I noticed a lot of hairs were left behind. I ended up having to pluck them myself to clean things up. Unfortunately, the attention to detail just wasn’t there. Mind you the service was $18.
Posting on behalf of my mother who tried lashes for the first time. Did not provide her instructions on how to upkeep lashes (don’t wet them within the first 24 hours), didn’t provide a spool to keep lashes in tact as this is generally provided by techs, tech voiced over the phone either a free threading or discount on lashes would be given due to being a first time customer and neither were provided once she arrived in person. Went in to have my eyebrows threaded for the first time today and was so impressed with the cleanliness and peacefulness I found here. And my eyebrows look amazing! Will absolutely be going again.
