I just can't say enough good things about Deanne and the folks at NY Eyewear. I have purchased my last 3 sets of glasses from them. This last time I thought I got the perfect pair however after wearing them for a little while I realized I hated them. I returned to NY Eyewear explained this issues with the glasses and they had me pick out a new pair of frames. I just paid the difference in the frames and a lab fee to get my perfect pair of glasses. Thank You NY Eyewear!!

I was very pleased with my 1st time experience here at New York Eyewear. Over the past few years I've had nothing but horrible experiences at my previous eye dr. When I got there they were very pleasant and welcoming. The dr who did my exam was so nice and explained things about my vision I never knew about. He also broke down each eye and how astigmatism works. All these years of being told something with no real explanation and now I have an understanding. There was another dr who sat patiently with me listening my concerns and helped with all the measurements to get the best results. Looking forward to getting my glasses!!

Magic! I bought a pair of vintage sunglasses that were stretched out. They looked cool but they fell off my head. I expected the repair to cost quite a bit, but the people here are so awesome! Fixed! 10 minutes later. Thank you so much. And, remarkably, it was without charge. Excellent customer care. Thank you.
