I’ve had acupuncture treatments many times throughout my life, I have to say Dr. Joyce’s treatment was the most gentle yet powerful experience I’ve had. I came in for pain in a joint and some other issues. I left feeling pain free and more relaxed than I’ve felt in a long time. I will definitely go back for more sessions and recommend Dr. Joyce to anyone I know who is looking for an acupuncturist.
Joyce has an extremely calm, grounded presence that settles the nervous system before treatment even begins. She has an innate intelligence about the body and a deep understanding of full body integration.
I've always believe in acupuncture. As someone who runs on adrenaline, acupuncture acts as a reset. I'm able to slow down, feel in my body and respond rather than react. It wasn't until I came to Joyce that I understood how effective acupuncture can be with physical pain - in my case, musculature of my hip and low back. Thanks to Joyce, my knee pain has become manageable, and after a full year of not being able to do any physical activity, I’m finally back to running. She is truly amazing—she listens carefully to your concerns and goals, and works with your body in a way that helps you continue doing what you love. Trigger point therapy with Joyce has been life‑changing, and I highly recommend her.
