Avoid this company/service at all costs. After paying/using them for 2 seasons for weekly service and open/closing for the season, we showed up early season to a pool that had a severe green algae issue. Not only did they dodge all responsibility and did not fix the problem (nor offered to help diagnose the issue they created), we later found out through other companies that (1) they were improperly putting chemicals in the wrong places and also (2) never properly cleaned our filters - it cost us $300 to hire someone to clean out a filter that had months of caked on algae which should have been part of the original cleaning. After being with robin since the beginning of the business extremely disappointed after 4 phone calls for new equipment and servicing the pool, she has yet to call me back. Bad business.Service: Water treatment

This company deserves zero stars. I spoke to Robyn and explained the issues I had with my pool. She asked to describe the issues with my pool so she can bring the parts needed to fix it. Upon arrival, she said my pool had a cracked pipe but it couldn't be fixed until Monday the 22nd. On Monday she failed to show up and fix my pool. I called numerous times leaving messages and I have yet to receive a call from Robyn. This is highly unprofessional.Thankfully, All-Americans pool will fix my pool tomorrow. Robyn lost a great customer. You Have been warned.
