Recent customer, we had been shopping around for our first hot tub. The minute we walked into Orange County Polls & Spas we were greeted by Jordan who was so pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Jordan took her time to explain each model and features with out any high pressure sales pitches. When we did narrow our choices she was even able to negotiate a really great deal for us. After purchasing Jordan and her team were extremely patient as the deck around hot tub still needed to be built and we couldn't take delivery for a few months. We just bought a pool and hot tub from Orange County Pool & Spas, and Meghan made the entire process so comfortable and stress‑free. Alex is the guy who installed my pool. He came to my house 4 times because the land wasn’t properly level after to much I asked him to level it for me and he did. They installed and level same day under the rain!!!!! I couldn’t believe how professional and kind these people are Alex and his team are great I highly recommend them and orange spas!!!!!
