One of the best investments I've ever made. My water now is drinkable and healthy. The service department is phenomenal. I highly recommend!! Stephen is my go-to guy! He is great at what he does, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. 10/10 for sure!!!

Great service! Thoroughly explained the equipment and how to maintain it between service calls.2/1/24 - Update: Stephan to the rescue! We had our annual maintenance today and Stephan got us in tip-top shape! Couldn’t be happier with the service!4/1/21 Update since my last maintenance\service call, once again very pleased with the service! Stephan came today to perform our annual service and again was great! He arrived on time and is a pleasure to work with. He keeps our system running in top shape Highly recommend!

Stephen was here for my rearly maintenance and he was great. I let him know about the issue with the washing machine unit that was making a ton of noise, and he jumped on it right away to resolve it. Spoke to tech support and realized a piece of unit was completely shot, and needs to be replaced, which will be done this Thur or Fri. Complete professional and greatly appreciated!
