They utilized drone footage and web tools to keep us informed and confident about the work being done. These tools gave us the ability to see their work quality and showed how the team was replacing the roof sections.

The ventilation and stacks were replaced with better materials. They also removed the inadequate snow melt wires installed by the previous homeowner.

“We've had Marshall Exteriors complete two projects for us, and I would highly recommend them. In 2019-20 they re-sided our house and replaced several windows. Their crew during that project was so professional - showed up at 8:10 on the dot every single morning, even when the roads were terrible, working through heavy snow and bitter cold. They were so fun and friendly - first time we've ever actually enjoyed contracting team in and out of the house. There were a few minor problems that needed to be corrected after the project was completed, and the project manager, Sean, always came as quickly as possible to correct the situation. He even came back 4 years after the completion of the project to tighten up a loose piece of stone facing, with no charge to us.
A few weeks ago, our aging shingle roof sprung a leak, and I called Kim (she's the best - always professional and super helpful!) to ask for a quote. She got someone here as quickly as possible, they put us right on the schedule, and within just a couple of weeks from the initial phone call, our new metal roof is complete and looks terrific. I can't say enough great stuff about Bill, the project manager for this. Super responsive and just an all-around nice guy. The work crew that did the job was punctual, quiet, and professional. They were also diligent about clean-up, which we really appreciate.
