Windows Installation in Syracuse picked by BestProsInTown
“Universal Windows did a wonderful job installing 7 windows in our house. The windows are beautiful and the installers were great - you'd never know they were here! They cleaned everything up and did a fantastic job!”
“I had a most amazing experience starting with Karen Nora who always answers the phone. She was able to have Steve Virginia come to my house..I was just outside of their customers service area. He reviewed, took measurements and sent me a quote which I accepted. He also was great!
The job was scheduled and first the insulation crew arrived on schedule. I was worried about the possibility of a mess but the crew was neat and courteous!! They vacuumed on the way out and ran floor protective runners...great job!
Next the window crew arrived and in 4 days replaced 31 windows. EXCELLENT work and the windows are beautiful! I am so VERY pleased and hoping for significant heating savings this year. And my house is so very much brighter. The original windows have been in since the house was built in 1870!
In summary absolutely a wonderful job, product and experience!
Thank you all so much, especially Karen!!!”
“Mitch is great, good workmanship and very personable. Addressed our issue and recommended improvements.”
