Terry came out relatively quickly when asking for a quote. Even when I told him I was just pricing multiple companies before making a decision, he still kept a great attitude and continued to offer advice and expertise. Ultimately I chose Dishaw when it came down to cost but also friendliness and professionalism. He could do it just as quickly and we wouldn't be just a number for him. The work was completed timely and efficiently. Terry continued to follow up to ask how we were pleased with the cooling especially on the hotter days. I was happy to support small business and definitely would recommend Dishaw to anyone looking for PHAC needs.

I am very skeptical and weary when it comes to hiring a company. I am always worried that a $200 dollar problem would be diagnosed as an $800 dollar problem. However, I was pleasantly pleased when Dishaw came out. They were honest, open, and completely transparent. They were completely professional, kind, and listened to me explain what I was experiencing. The found the problem and fixed it for a fair and reasonable price. They were hundreds of dollars less than two other companies I called. They could have easily charged me for way more and fabricated more issues than what was actually there.
