dr.Herman Spencer is very good at his job, this is a no frill, traditional veterinary unlike the popular chain veterinaries. It’s his own practice and he’s the only vet here so he is very busy with a packed schedule. there’s limited time to spent with each patient and limited availabilities at times. So if there is an issue with my dog that needed immediate attention I would go to a different vet but they are never as good as dr Herman.

I had recently changed my vet to Dr. Herman and have been at the practice for a year now. What a difference it has made.Dr Herman is not just very knowledgable but friendly and is VERY caring with my dog. You can tell he loves what he does despite how many hours he has to put in. The staff that work there are all awesome as well. Everyone is so friendly and there to help.Though city vets are a lot more money compared to outside the city this practice is fair in their pricing. I would trustDr. Herman to care for any pet.

Excellent vet. Our dog is difficult when it comes to vet visits - gets very defensive when vets have tried to examine him or administer injections. Dr Herman and Jamell were excellent in dealing with our dog's issues. We've had a really good experience here - much better than another vet we tried on the UES.
