They provide an honest assessment of needs and the best course of action, taking pride in their work and caring for the equipment, the maintenance budget, and the relationships they build. Customers appreciate their professionalism, as they diagnose problems quickly and clearly articulate the issue. They are polite, work cleanly, and offer better pricing than other companies. With same-day service and a real person to speak with, they are highly recommended for all commercial HVAC needs.
Air Repair, operated by Alan and his son Jared are recommended by me without any reservations. You will not find more committed or skilled technicians but above that, they posses the highest integrity. In my capacity in store operations and facilities with an international retailer, I could always count on an honest assessment of our needs and the best course of action. Alan and Jared take pride in their work and they care - for the equipment that they service, your maintenance budget, and the relationships that they build.
Air Repair was a lifesaver! My AC broke in the middle of a heat wave and Jared came to save me. He was a complete professional, he diagnosed the problem quickly and then explained what was needed for the repair. He also was very polite and worked cleanly. Now my AC is working better than ever. I would definitely use call them again, highly recommended!
Just had my first experience with air repair and they were great. I didn’t have to leave a voicemail. I got a HUMAN being then came and saw me the same day. Really appreciate their level of professionalism. Diagnosed the problem quickly, clearly articulated the problem to me, and their pricing was better than the other 2 companies that eventually called me back days later. Highly recommend.
