First time using Watston's for a toilet reset due to a clog. The customer service is outstanding and Ruben is a pleasure to talk to and attended my questions courteously and professionally. He made sure he squeezed me in for a same day appointment. The plumber KJ is amazing! Young man and knows his stuff. He was very professional, well spoken, and did amazing work. I would recommend this company and will be using them for future needs! Thank you!

Very pleased with the service (fixed leaky shower). They were on time (15 min early) and courteous. They even took their shoes off! Price was exactly as quoted. They stayed probably an extra 20 minutes and could’ve charged us more but didn’t.

Dwayne and his partner are excellent! These two are very respectful, patient, caring and understanding, they both do professional work. They did a wonderful job replacing a pipe in the apartment above me in NYCHA that was causing a leak in my apartment. I would recommend these two any time!
