24/7 Manhattan Plumbing NYC is a plumbing service that sends professionals to handle clogs and other plumbing issues. In one instance, a technician worked hard for over an hour to improve a clogged drain, although the problem still existed to some extent. The customer appreciated the effort but decided not to call the company back.
Another customer had a positive experience with a technician who was cordial and quick in unclogging a toilet. The company arrived within an hour, and the customer appreciated the option to pay with a debit card. However, the customer had a frustrating experience with the timing of the appointment, as the plumber arrived much later than expected, causing the customer to be late for work and charged $900 for the service.
Overall, 24/7 Manhattan Plumbing NYC is a plumbing service that responds quickly to customers' needs, but there have been issues with the accuracy of time estimates and the final cost of the service. The technicians are described as professional, hardworking, and cordial. The company accepts debit cards for payment.
24/7 Manhattan plumbing sent one of their professionals over in about an hour to unclog a toilet. While not the cheapest option, they arrived quickly, were cordial and fast to get the job done. They also do take debit cards. Not sure about Amex, but definitely bank card. Thanks!
