I ordered flowers and the Symphony photo on their website was nice but it seemed like a stock photo so I wasn't sure it would be as nice in person. It wasn't as nice. It was way nicer! Super large arrangement with bright colors and super fresh flowers arranged by a pro. A+
I would give 6 stars if I could. If you're hosting a wedding or event, use Superior! Bonnie was the best person to work with and she made it incredibly easy to execute on our vision. Everything from order, setup, delivery and execution was done with professionalism and ease. Total costs were also lower than expected which in the world of weddings is hard to achieve these days. Thank you Superior for making our event so memorable!
I ordered last week a bouquet for a dear friend of mine (the one of the first picture) to congratulate her on her promotion.
However, the bouquet my friend received wasn't the one I ordered and the personal note looked very bad (cf. second picture). The store then offered to deliver a new bouquet, free of charge, the very next day, which I greatly appreciated.
This time, the personal note was handwritten with great care. But unfortunately, the bouquet, although beautiful, still didn't match the one purchased. I don't know if this is a New York practice, but in France, the bouquet ordered is the one sent...
