I would not let anybody in this city other than Marsela take care of my hair. She is caring, extremely skilled and professional and you can tell she LOVES taking care of her clients and make them feel beautiful. I have type IV hair so not the easiest to handle and she always works so quickly and efficiently and I always leave 100% satisfied.
I saw Anna today she was very pleasant and easy to talk too.. it was my first time there. I went there because they had good reviews ,but must say the person that washes hair there is very rough and she ask me to blow dry and said okay. So I have never been so burnt in my scalp so decided to say never mind.
Vartali has the kindest & most sincere staff, and they just happen to be hair experts as well. They not only never miss, but I always feel GOOD after leaving. They feel like family there. Mika & Anna are my dream team, but I also love everyone else I’ve interacted with there. Came from a different fancy NYC salon that always made me feel so out of place & uncomfortable.. then I found this absolute gem. Love y’all <3
