This place is great. I use them for Laundry on a semi regular basis, particularly for the shirt on hanger service. Normally they ask when I need my stuff and I tell them no rush however this week. I called them at 3 pm asking them to pick up laundry and dry cleaning. They asked when I needed it and I told them as soon as they can get it done. Less than 24 hours later, my laundry and dry cleaning was at my apartment with my doorman. I appreciate the fact that the one time I was in a rush they were able to accommodate.
Sensational service. Pick up and drop off. When there is a problem they correct it quickly. Highly recommend. Damien is the front desk clerk and a wonderful employee. TWC is lucky to have him.
I love the people at Tower West Cleaners. We have been using them for over 10 years, and they are a true neighborhood gem. They always have a smile when I go into the store and honor my occasional request for a quick turnaround. And they clean clothes well!!
