We are so happy living here! The building is very close to the subway, Riverside Park, and tons of great restaurants! It's such a lovely area. And everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Eva made the leasing process so easy, was patient in answering all of our questions, and is just such a joy to work with - she knows everyone in the building and helps to make it feel like home! Eva gave me an excellent virtual tour when I was unable to see the place in person. She made sure to address all my questions and gave me tons of helpful information for living in the area. Everything in the apartment was just as expected and I couldn't be happier with the space.
Highly recommend living here! While we are all strangers to each other in the building, it certainly does not feel that way; feels like one big happy family! - Everyone is so nice & helpful. The area is a perfect walking distance from a wide variety of things to do! And through Eva the leasing process was extremely smooth, which speaks extreme volume in NYC!! ---Beyond happy and I know you'll love it here too!!
