160 is terrific. I've been here about a year and a half and it's like being on vacation every day; the river, walk to the subway, great local restaurants, the Greenway, and the wonderful staff. Wow!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. This is a terribly managed building with no accountability from management on basic necessities like elevators. A simple elevator renovation has taken more than 6 months and the one working elevator keeps breaking down EVERY SINGLE DAY. The energy efficiency of the building is also not very good!
Terrible building. Has major issues. I have lived on the UWS for 30 years and this is the worst building I have ever lived in. The water is beyond disgusting and we are constantly changing our filter ever 4-6 days. The building has yet to solve for the issue. Elevators are constantly down. Attached photo is our shower filter three days apart. This is not a luxury building at all. I wish someone warned me before we moved into this dump.
