Flying Row was the first hairdressers I found after moving to NYC because of the positive reviews which were true to their word. Andy has been great in helping me figure out the best hairstyle for my face aswell as my hair type. I've never been happier with how my hair looks till I started listening to him and growing it out. Everyone at Flying Row is friendly and aswell as getting a great haircut it's a place where you can relax and have a good chat with chill people. Highly recommend, especially if you need advice on difficult to manage hair.

The atmosphere at The Flying Row is really special, welcoming, highly professional, accommodating and very relaxing. I have known Andy since 2014 and he has always shown an enormous amount of care for my hair and put so much attention and detail into each cut and styling. He is a wizard with scissors and really has a gift for shaping. I have alopecia and I’m always amazed by how he works around my patches to help disguise and fill out areas I lack volume. If you come to The Flying Row, you will experience a chill barber-like setting but with high-level techniques you typically find in a salon. I highly recommend coming here, you will be in good hands.
