Based on the reviews, The Dry Cleaner offers customer service and quality service unlike any other. The staff is always friendly and informative on extending the life of the clothes. They are attentive and do an excellent job cleaning and repairing clothes. No matter what items are brought in, they always make sure outfits are clean. Clothes are always cleaned and ironed perfectly, with white clothes in particular looking very fresh. The tailoring and alterations have also been done very well, especially on dresses and pants. The staff goes above and beyond, bringing warmth and friendliness that makes a difference. They are lovely to interact with and take such care with clothing items. Customers highly recommend them.
Amazing customer service! Lisa is a sweetheart. There was a mixup with one of my garments so they gave me a courtesy credit and fixed my garments same day. Came out perfect. Definitely recommend!
