Mike is the best barber I’ve been to in New York. I have medium curly hair which isn’t the easiest to cut and Mike nails it every time. He really takes his time (the full hour) with each customer to understand your hair, exactly what you want, walk you through what he’s gonna do and makes sure it’s perfect every step of the way. Before meeting Mike I tried tons of barbers across NYC, some far more expensive, and nothing came close. You won’t go wrong coming here !
Mike Scissorhands is the man
Mike has posters of Ready to Die, Illmatic, and Reasonable Doubt on his wall which is appropriate since he’s the GOAT of barbers. I’ve never seen another one dedicated to his craft like Mr. Scissorhands! You won’t get a better haircut or service.
