Based on the reviews, Tamashii Nations Store New York is a very small location but def mighty, located in a central spot in Times Square. It is Japan's #1 Collectibles Brand and a BANDAI NAMCO brand, offering a wide range of high quality figures from Anime, Games, and Famous Films. The store is filled to the brim with anime action figure figures like Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Hunter X Hunter, Demon Slayer, and My Hero Academia. Most of the figures are top tier, and the store could be one of the best figure stores ever visited. The store is bright, organized, and filled with many cool collectibles, including Newest Releases, Fan Favorites, and Store Exclusive Items. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Customers noted great selection and very good quality on the figures, with different face options and flexible bodies. While the store has expensive toys and often has a line wrapped around the corner to get in, it is a must-see for any anime fan. It is a fun, clean place full of nostalgia and a great experience for families.
This was an incredible store. There was not wait and they had exactly what my son was looking for. The inside set up is so appealing. We went to other shops and were unsuccessful in finding what we were looking for. The prices were much better than online and there were exclusives that you can only purchase at the physical shop. My son and I loved it and we will definitely be back. This place is a must to visit when in the city.
I don’t really review things very often, but this place is great. I visit whenever I’m in NYC. I usually end up walking out with something. The staff is great, and the lineup of figures, accessories, and statues are top notch. They have a curated selection of the latest and greatest from Tamashii Nations, particularly their Figuarts lines. Shoutout to staff member Kelly for helping me navigate some of the Gundam lines on a recent visit, really helped me with making a decision.
The Tamashii Nations store in New York is an absolute paradise for collectors. Located right in the heart of the city, it features an incredible selection of high-quality anime figures and other highly detailed collectible figures that are tough to find anywhere else. The displays are stunning, and the overall atmosphere makes it an amazing place to browse. As a huge fan, I absolutely love their Nintendo Super Mario collection—seeing the S.H.Figuarts lineup in person is a major highlight. Whether you are hunting for exclusive releases or just love premium figures, this store is a must-visit flagship destination.
