This company was hired by my building and caused a flood in my apartment while I was at work. They did the work and tested the ac unit, told us everything was good. Then two days later it turns out left a valve open on the ac unit. My apartment filled with 2 inches of water. We lost belongings and our cat was traumatized. They tried to cover up their mistake saying it was a manufacturing issue with the unit. Big mess. It became a 2 month process of picking up the pieces. I will never let them back inside my home.
Scam artists indeed. We were charged an hour extra for work that was only 2 hours, most of which was waiting for basic parts they should have at hand already(2 inch copper pipe and valve). Stay away from these people. I also had called to question my bill and never got even a courtesy of a reply. We will certainly report this to the Better Business Bureau and make it our mission to warn other people in our building
A scamming company that charges you about 2.5x the market price while wasting your time. The 2.9 stars on Google and 2.4 stars on yelp are self-explanatory (many of the reviews are fake and from the employees).
Summary:
- scheduled for fixing three toilets at 9am
- arrived at 930am and acted as if nothing was wrong
- the task was to change the valve for two toilets and fix the odor coming from a third
- I provided the valve for the first toilet already
- the plumber said my valve had two missing parts and had to go get a new one, and then disappeared for over half an hour
